Who we are
GymFlow is operated by Enfal Gok (enfalgok.be). The app is hosted at gymflow.enfalgok.be. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@enfalgok.be.
Data we collect
- Email address (account sign-in)
- Display name, if you provide one
- Account and profile preferences (for example weight unit, timezone)
- Workout plans, training days, and exercise assignments you create
- Workout sessions (start, completion, status)
- Logged sets, including reps, weight, and optional RPE
- Session notes you enter
- Technical and security logs from hosting and infrastructure providers (for example request metadata needed to operate and secure the service)
Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account
- To store and display your workout tracking data
- To show progress summaries based on your logged training
- To keep the app secure, reliable, and to debug issues
GymFlow is a workout tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run GymFlow:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment
These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
- We do not run marketing analytics in the app
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Request an export of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable

GymFlow is in private beta. Features, data fields, and retention practices may change as the product evolves. We will update this policy when material changes occur.
